"Checkout was okay, but updates felt slow"
I ordered from Honeywell Store while I was kind of in a rush, and the checkout itself went through without any real problems. The frustrating part was how long the processing seemed to take after that. I kept checking for an update, but the emails and status changes didn’t come as quickly as I expected. It did eventually move along, so it wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely felt slower than it should’ve. Faster updates would make the whole thing a lot less stressful

I’m still waiting for my order and it’s getting really frustrating. I didn’t expect to have to keep checking the tracking and following up just to figure out where it is. Way more effort than it should be, and I’m not happy about it.

I reached out to tech support with what seemed like a straightforward question, and somehow I just kept getting passed around from one person to another. I waited days for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it was basically a copy-paste response that didn’t solve anything. Like, how is this okay? I still had the same issue after all that

"Pretty good deal when I needed a filter"
I ended up ordering a Honeywell air purifier filter after noticing a promo code on the site. I wasn’t totally sure it would actually work, since those codes can be hit or miss, but it did show up at checkout.
The shipping was fine, nothing especially fast or fancy, but it got here without any issues. The main thing for me was that the price was better than Amazon that day, which surprised me a little.
I also got an email deal afterward that seemed useful, so I might order again if the sales keep being decent. I’m not saying I’d buy everything there, but for this kind of replacement filter, it worked out well...

It just felt too pricey for what you actually get. I’ve seen the same stuff cheaper elsewhere, so I left feeling like it wasn’t worth it. What annoyed me most was the whole moving goalposts feeling—like the value they were selling at first didn’t really match what you end up with.

I picked up a Honeywell thermostat from Honeywell Store it’s been really dependable so far. Setup wasn’t complicated, and since then it’s just been doing its job every day without me having to mess with it. No random glitches, no weird shutoffs, nothing annoying like that. That’s pretty much what you want from a thermostat, right? Easy 5 stars from me.

"Refund took forever-ish"
I ordered something from Honeywell Store and ended up sending it back. The return itself was mostly fine, I guess, but the refund took way longer than I thought it would. I had to follow up a couple times or so, and it just felt kind of slow and frustrating. Not a total disaster, but definitely annoying.

My order arrived with the box all crushed and beat up, and the packaging seemed terrible. Some of the parts looked like they were loose inside too, which isn’t exactly reassuring. I’m really not happy with this experience, and if this is how stuff is going to be shipped, I’ll probably start ordering from somewhere else.

I ordered a replacement filter from honeywellstore.com and, overall, it was a smooth experience. The website was easy to use, the checkout was straightforward, and the filter arrived in good shape without any issues.
The only thing that bugged me was the shipping cost, which felt a little high for such a small order. I usually stick with Honeywell because I trust the brand, but that extra charge did make me wonder if I should’ve compared prices somewhere else first. I’d still order again if I needed something specific, but I’d probably think twice before checking out.

"Had some parts, but not everything I expected"
I was looking for a replacement part for my Honeywell unit, and the site was easy to get around compared to a lot of other parts sites I’ve used. Some of the parts I needed were in stock, which was nice, but a few that seemed like common ones were either missing or not easy to track down.
Shipping was fine, not the fastest but not terrible either. It did work out in the end, but compared to other places where stock is a little more obvious upfront, I wish the parts availability had been clearer before I placed the order.

To be fair, it did work a little at first, but the filter barely seemed to do much and the unit kept shutting off on me. I was hoping it would hold up better, but it stopped being useful way too quickly.

"Warranty help was straightforward"
My thermostat started acting up after only a few months, and my first thought was, great, here we go, this is probably going to be a whole thing. I wasn’t even sure if the warranty would cover it or if I’d end up stuck replacing it myself.
I reached out to Honeywell Store support, and they asked for my order info and a couple of photos. It took about a day to hear back, which had me checking my email like, okay, are we doing this or not? But once they replied, they handled it smoothly and got a replacement sent out without making me jump through a bunch of hoops.
Overall, I’m happy with how it went. It wasn’t lightning fast, but it was fair, simple enough, and way less frustrating than I expected warranty stuff to be.

"My package did show up on the day..."
My package did show up on the day they said it would, so I guess the delivery was on time. The tracking was kind of confusing though, because it kept updating late and made it seem like it might not come. The product itself was fine, no real issues there. I just feel like if the tracking was more accurate, the delivery would’ve felt faster, even though it technically wasn’t.

The product details on Honeywell Store were mostly accurate, and I assumed everything listed would cover what I needed, but a couple parts were a little unclear, especially what actually came in the box. I ended up checking a few other sites just to make sure before placing the order. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just wish the listing had been a bit more complete so I didn’t have to second-guess it
